Your boutique hotel of choice in Paris

This is a lovely boutique hotel that is cosy as well as chic. The team is always very helpful and the rooms have great installations - modern and fully functional. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Paris and definitely this is one I’ll keep coming back to!

    Cutest Hotel in Paris!

Adorable decor, lovely welcome, great service, delightfully quiet almost dead end street in a very cool kinda Hipster neighborhood! The Central heating didn't work well enough to make my room cozy when I wasn't sleeping (when I like a cool room ;-) but it was early December and not too cold phew. The drain in the shower had a moldy smell but it didn't extend to anywhere else in the room. I am def going to stay there again! Looking forward to it!

Incredible home base for a week in Paris

Great staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, the bed super nice, the bathroom towels fluffy and gigantic, perfect wi-fi, located within minutes of cafes and shopping by foot. The République area is literally a 4 minute walk to the left and then another left of the front door. Everything is within a 20 minute car service ride. And safe for those late nights returns. One thing though: the last full day and night and into my check out time the elevator went kaput. Not cool when you’re on the 4th floor.....also, my last day there a service man barged into my room at 8am. I was sleeping. I freaked out and I scared him too, I don’t think he expected anyone to be there. I yelled at him and he ran off....a few hours later there was a knock on my door. Same man. He wanted to change the battery in the key lock thing. He was humble and apologetic. I was awake and having coffee and on my phone at the time, in my sleepwear, unshowered, and I didn’t care anymore. Sure, come on in. He and a co-worker were done in under a minute. I didn’t bother to report the morning intrusion to the front desk. No harm, no foul.

Our first few days were great. The hotel room was beautiful but, small. The concierge seemed very helpful at first. Near the end of our trip we noticed one morning that our bags of jewelry had been stolen from our room. We had placed all valuables in the safe. The jewelry was not expensive, mostly costume pieces so I never imagined it’d be worthwhile stealing. We had come back to the room after housekeeping had left for the day and the jewelry was still there, leading us to believe someone else in the hotel entered our room at night while we were out for dinner, and went through our belongings. When I brought this to the attention of hotel staff they were uninterested in getting to the bottom of it. They claimed that nothing like this had ever happened before and that we must have left the door open, which wasn’t possible, it was heavy and closed behind you by spring. The second excuse was that another guest must have stolen it. Basically blaming customers rather than reviewing their own staff with real access to our rooms. They never followed up with me during our stay or apologized for the situation. We were very uncomfortable sleeping in the room the rest of the trip. I barely got any rest. It was unsettling knowing that at night someone snuck into our room and stole our belongings and they could possibly have a key. I would have highly recommended this place in the beginning but unfortunately now would warn people To reconsider. It was a disappointing experience.
