Noisy night
Lots of shouting from the street below sadly disturbed our night's rest. We found our room (immediately opposite the lifts) was also a noisy room to have as the door was noisy and other customers inconsiderate coming out of the lift.

Passable for passing through
Satisfactory for one night's stay, however, the windows were small for the room size so limited daylight. Noisy sidestreet, deliveries taking place directly beneath window early morning. Car park inadequate for size of hotel. Whilst we didn't take breakfast the staff kindly provided us with coffee in the bar and all members we encountered were pleasant & friendly..

I was alone. I arrived around 8 pm. The parking was full but when I called reception they buzzed me in. I had to go to public parking 2 blocks away walk with all my luggage down not so safe streets. They also failed to tell me that I had to put key in slot to have power. I had to call them to find out why. Power kept cutting off. Hot

Great hotel on the edge of town.
There is really nothing wrong with this hotel, and there were many things great about it. But the location wasn't close to all the parts of Waterford we wanted to be and on a very busy street. But their seafood chowder is absolutely the best! We heard claims all the time from California to Isle of Capri, and every other seaside location. They lose to this little town hotel. Tip: the main restaurant is taken over every Tues, Wed, Thurs by obnoxious tour groups for dinner, so use their casual restaurant those evenings.
