Lobby was nice and restaurant too. It was a shame balcony door didn’t close, toilet had a leak all bathroom floor was soaked. Called maintenance to fix it. They came but problem continued. I do have to say employees at the lobby were very attentive and available at all times to help. Restaurant employees were very nice too. Overall I would give 7 out of 10 rating.

Took 3 hours for our room to be ready. We had to wait in a unflamilar place with our bag. Took a very long time to get towels requested. Doors slammed shut so very Loud. Is in a great location next to the beach and has a good view

Everything was good...clean room, awesome bed and good COVID19 measures in place. The only issue was the shower that the faucet was loose and not working properly but it was manageable so getting the hot water was the trick and then it was "hot as hell"

A Nightmare !!!!
Changed room twice . First room, refrigerator didn't work and room phone didn't work. NO WIFI. Second room, no hot water. Couldn't control room temperature and was very cold !!! Had a thin sheet and froze the first night !! NO WIFI either in second room. Missing ceiling pieces in bathroom. Very old and outdated. Reported people having sex in balcony. TERRIBLE !!! Will never come back. Expensive dump !!!!!! I deserved a refund.

The good, the bad and the ugly.
The good: location is great. Parking price, reasonable. Nice pool. Good protocol checking temperatures when coming in and controlling access to the property from non guests. The bad: We booked a room with 2 beds, we were 5, thinking we could ask for a rollaway bed. They don't allow more than 4 people per room "because of covid". Hmmm!? So we were forced to get another room last minute for $200. Not cool since we've been traveling together for 7 days. Would've been nice to know that before booking the hotel. The ugly: I've been visiting this property for years and it was sad to see how the rooms have not been taken care of. The bathroom needs updating or at the very least, fixed the rusted , moldy parts. Also there was no soap in the room.
