The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only problem I had was with breakfast. It stated when I booked the room it had free breakfast, however when I went down stairs for breakfast you had to pay for it.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We only had one issue after we checked in with our room. The heater wasnt really getting hott. The front desk employee was very helpful. She gave us another room with no problems. Hands down one of the best trips we've had.

Noise and not a great value for the price.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the first floor was subject to a constant banging or thumping sound all night and morning long—pipes? Machinery? Who knows. Room was fine. Tub bottom was nearly worn through.

Warning- it’s a smoking hotel. So it stinks. Luckily I was able to switch my room to a less stinky one, but still gross. Also there was a weird thumping noise the entire night, like water pipes or something, and no bathroom fan to drown out the noise. The carpet is disgusting- like you don’t really want to go barefoot...and a couch I wouldn’t even lay my clothes on. Do not recommend.

Service was amazing! Extremely polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Only complaint was air conditioner in room didnt work like it should. Good thing we brought a fan with us.

Family of 4 left with one wash cloth in room. No additional wash cloths available at front desk. Had to buy our own wash cloths at local store. “Grab-n-go” breakfast sack consisted of a small muffin and small bottle of water. Pool closed due to Covid although other hotels in area had pools open.
