Perfect relaxation resort
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Everyone was so hospitable and made us feel so welcome, always going above and beyond. There was a great variety of dinner buffet options each night and also their al a carte menu. It was the perfect spot to relax, which is just what we were looking for.

We wish to highly commend and acknowledge every single staff member at DoubleTree Resort Fiji, from the ferry staff, the drivers, the porters, the gardeners, reception, the tour reception, gift store staff, activities staff, housekeeping and food and beverage staff. This was our first visit to Fiji and holiday post Covid. We are Australian citizens, we contemplated between visiting our country of birth South Africa or exploring a new country. As a family we agreed on Fiji, not knowing much about the culture and people we wanted to learn more about this magnificent country. Upon arrival at the resort we were welcomed with such warmth and a spirit of our African tradition “Ubuntu” - meaning humanity to others. It’s a reminder to us that “I am what I am because of who we all are.” Every staff member made us feel at home, and we were moved when staff said: “Welcome home.” The gift of the famous warm Hilton cookie on arrival added to this amazing welcome. We have travelled and visited various resorts, but never have we felt so welcomed and felt a sense of belonging. The resort in its entirety is beyond 5 stars. The facilities, accomodation, meals, activities, entertainment and events are great. However, it’s your entire DoubleTree Fiji staff that make this resort one of a kind. Their professionalism, exemplary service, empathy, forming a genuine connection with their guests and hospitality exceeds all expectations.
