Lovely hotel
Set back off the main road but very close to the Bus Stop cafe that has great view over the harbour. Coffee shops in abundance and convenience store around the corner. Did not get to use the roof bar or pool as it was closed unfortunately. I would have appreciated a tea/coffee pack in the room however to make an early coffee in my room.

Pity about inconsiderate guests
Hotel and rooms are really nice. But - Sadly it attracts young party animals prone to being noisy in corridors (not carpeted) , banging on headboard/corridor walls and banging doors. Also had a 10 second fire alarm go off. Weather was atrocious so no-one venturing out. No hot water in whole hotel next morning and receptionist hung up after saying it would be back on in 2-3 hours-ie after checkout time.
