Exceptional
This is an excellent business hotel, with great food, large rooms, and very good service. I would just like the TVs to be a bit newer, but other than that, it is great for the price. Totally recommendable!

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are very spacious and always spotlessly clean. The staff are polite and helpful and the location on Insurgentes Avenue is excellent. I've stayed here five or six times and my experience has always been positive.

It would be really helpful that they add a little fridge in the rooms !! Staff was really pleasant . The keys are really sensitive and then stopped working easily . Convenient location and hospitality

The hotel is very well located at the south of the city, in a safe and nice area, close to a beautiful park. The hotel has parking lot which is very convenient because parking is a serious problem in the city. The building on the outside looks good but the construction is old and as such it smells old, the carpet looks very dirty and even disgusts and the pipe emits foul smells. The staff is efficient but not very friendly, the cleaning service is poor because on several occasions they did not change our dirty towels and did the cleaning service very late. I can say that the experience was good without becoming the best

Not for resting...
The location is great. The room we were assigned was probably the worse they had. The shower head didn't work well. The zinc was leaking, the room lights were flickering, and you could hear all the noise coming from the restaurant or a salon they have close by where a party was being held.
