    No more COVID excuses

It was a perfectly good place to stay in the Back Bay neighborhood. My only complaint would be no service to the room. Not even a call to see if we needed anything for are second night.

    A Traveler or a Tourist

As a world traveler, I love immersion in local culture & daily living. The Copley House was the perfect place “to live” in Boston’s Back Bay. Tree lined streets among majestic Brownstone building. We rented a studio, complete with kitchenette and dishes. Local grocery markets, coffee shops & cafes were all part of our immersion experience. On the flip side, as a tourist, we were within walking distance of The Boston Opera House, historical sites and academic environment The best of both worlds.

    Basic comfortable suite.

The mini-apartment was not fancy, but contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Boston during COVID times. We appreciated the comfortable bed, the dining room table with chairs (a rarity these days in hotel rooms, but necessary for take-out meals), and the kitchenette. The property is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Boston and could use some cosmetic upgrades. (The common areas are a bit shabby.). Still, the place was clean and safe. If I have anything negative to report, it’s the lackadaisical attitude of the front desk staff. Both persons behind the desk during check-in and check-out seemed preoccupied by something other than serving their guest (me!). I like to feel welcomed. It should be basic to the hospitality industry to have warm, welcoming and responsive people staffing the front desk.

    Bad acomodatiom

I booked a room in there, but they didn’t have a type of room that I booked. They put me in a bad room in basement.

I was expecting a hotel room in the building I made reservations for based on the website; what I got was a tiny studio flat in another building down the street. Room was a mix of tenants and guests. Tenant above was a nightowl. Room was ckean but some

The Copley house is in a great location near to many stores and restaurants. The prices of the room make the space very attractive. The area is clean and easy to access. The room I had was small but well appointed with a mini fridge and a small but clean bathroom. The room was in the basement level and the upstairs noise from other tenants was quite loud and bothersome but the rest of the rooms amenities balanced that issue out. Staff was accommodating to late check out for a small fee which was very nice

    Good location in Boston

Good location, smaller apartments, but fit our needs since we were out and about most of the time. We also parked our car on the premises which was worth the $30 during the snowy weekend.

  • 4.0.Fair

This is byfar the most dilapidated and disgusting place to step foot in. It also appears as though it is not cleaned between guests. There is a distinct smell and it leaks into all belongings if left more than one night. This is also not a hotel. The Hilton has lower prices - its smallest room is larger than the king size room at the Copley house.

The hotel stay here is nice like most hotels now cause of Covid it’s not what we are “used to” but it gets the job done and it’s an apartment style hotel.
