Needs lots of work
The hotel is old and needs lots of maintenance work. Windows don’t close, pool and very bad shape and dirty. Food was bad. Staff is nice and service at the restaurant was very fast.

I have stayed here several times with my dog. The staff is extremely friendly but the room I got this time was really crummy. Still waiting for hot water in the shower after 20 minutes. The hotel was pretty empty. Seems like they could’ve placed me in a better room. The bathroom is old and the fixtures don’t work well. Lots of repair work.

Food is pretty awful: dried scrambled eggs, really weird sausage; but good chilaquilas and nice fresh fruit. Staff is great! Helpful and attentive. They took very good precautions against the virus. Everyone wore masks and they leave the room vacant for 24 hours between guests. They accommodated my cat and he was happy!

Great location on the main highway. Nice restaurant on site. High pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. I would like a refrigerator.

Clean quiet and very professional
We were allowed to check in early which was great. We were with our dog and they made sure to put us on the first floor right next to an exit door. That was perfect! We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was reasonably priced and delicious
