Good: Closer to yodobashi subway station. Convenient walking distance to shopping place . The breakfast was very good! I like the offer we can rented the smart phone!! Disappointed : advertised pictures showing Onsen spa that why I chose this hotel but it was extra pay. It should mention that in the description . Also lobby was very small and bathroom smells was bad like a sewer . But Over all nice hotel for the price.

The location, the lobby, and the service were all great. but the room was small and looked dated especially compared to the grand lobby. Most staff spoke sufficient English for simply and standard procedures but some took a little more effort to communicate with.
