When we checked in they were doing maintenance work for the AC, so the carpet in the front of the room was dirty. Because of the maintenance work, heating did not work in the room. When I pay 260Euro per night, I don't expect a room with no heating, or during noisy maintenance work where the hall carpets are full of dust. Furthermore that fan in the bathroom kept falling, which is a safety issue. We had to call room service 3 times to fix the fan, only for it to fall again on the floor 5min later.
