Clean and convenient
Clean hotel with great service. We were only there for a night to be close to the airport for our early flight the next morning, but it was perfect for that. Also close enough to Santiago to see the sights if you are able. Front desk was very helpful and the free airport shuttle was on time, even at 4am on Easter Sunday.

Comfort and relaxing
Hotel is great, staff is very friendly and the service is amazing. They are always around to serve you and assist in anything you might need or want. The rooms could use a bit of an update. But aver all they are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the staff is always around in case you want something else. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing for some fun in the sun or just a drink in the afternoon.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was included from 0600 to 1100 and the menu was great. I did not use it, but i heard the receptionist telling a costumer on his checkout that there was a shuttle that could take him the airport (STI).
