Very Good
Quiet pleasant just Bedroom a little small and a double bed just too small. Some Lino maintainence in bathroom otherwise v clean pleasant quick service. Good location.

Very handy location. Clean room. Very basic. All information left in room for guests has a negative slant. Doesn't get your stay off on a positive note. Extremely noisy from about 5am- rubbish trucks etc. I can see why they leave a set of ear plugs in the bedside drawer.

The accommodation is on a steep incline, not the easiest of access to Lambton Quay if you are encumbered with bags. In the middle of renovations, with high smell of paint. Not my best experience, unlikely to return.
