Ok, not great
CONS: This is not a typical hotel, so you won't get the ease and convenience of one. The annoying thing is the way they want you to download an app, do a creepy facial recognition process online before you check in and then every request is via text or the app or else you are just out of luck. The room was ridiculously small and so was the shower. Smallest shower ever. It is true that you can hear all the noise in the hall. The floors in the room could have been cleaner. The outlets were a little off, which was frustrating. Made requests that were not addressed. PROS: When you find people who were physically there were very accommodating, especially housekeeping. The housekeeping supervisor went above and beyond. There are free lockers, which is nice in lieu of traditional hotel storage. The location is the real draw & I guess it is slightly cheaper than the average for that area. Great food nearby. Room had a huge window, lots of light, with black out shade, & a comfortable bed w/fresh, clean linens. They clearly tried to address the complaints in previous review, but honestly, like with all companies today, decision makers who could really make things better are hidden. The frontline staff have to field the complaints about things they have very little control over. This company makes money off understaffing and it only negatively impacts the guests and the lowest paid staff. They don't have a real incentive to make the investment in the place. It's ok, but not great.
