Nous avons réserver deux chambres avec nos quatres enfants pour une halte. Une chambre parfaite la deuxième a rencontré un souci de climatisation. La personne de l’accueil nous a proposé un changement et a essayer de trouver une solution. Très bon séjour

Je trouve que pour 68euro la nuit, on doit nettoyer la chambre et changer les draps, remplacer les serviettes surtout sur un séjour 3 nuits avec les mêmes serviettes.....j’estime qu’a partir de 23h un peu de silence même si c'est dimanche s’impose.

Chambre correct , un peu bruyante avec la musique jusqu’à minuit dans le pub de l’autre coté de la route . Petit bémol, on nous donne un tél sur le site au cas où l’on veuille joindre l’hôtel , hors celui ci est en anglais et en plus ne répond jamais . Tel vraiment a revoir . !!!

Nous avions réservé une chambre et pas une cave !!! Chambre très petite, sombre, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, couvre lit troué, wc sale, cables électriques pendants au mur.... Bref, affreux au point que nous avons rendu les clefs l’après midi sans dormir dedans. Ayant perdu le montant de la Chambre puisque non remboursable.

Nous venons sur Avignon car mon petit fils de 15 ans fait des répétitions de théâtre Sa représentation est le 11 avril Ma fille et moi passons nos journée à visiter les musées,les jolies petites rues,et visiter également une amie Habitons sur Valréas et Vaison , évitons les allers retours contraignants

Pauvre bilan

Le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait, il n'y avait pas de serviettes lors de notre arrivée. Le distributeur de savon était cassé et il était impossible de se servir du distributeur de gel douche. De grande traces sur un mur sous la climatisation laissaient penser à une panne ou à une fuite dont les coulures n'auraient pas été nettoyées. Au bas de ce même mur, une plinthe était décollée. L'étagère sous la climatisation était tâchée, ce qui lui donnait un aspect douteux. Les oreillers étaient dépourvus de taies. C'est promis, nous n'y retournerons pas.

I DESERVE A REFUND

I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed.
