I understand the current conditions, but some sort of bfast could have been offered. No internet service on the room, and no staff to check it either.

Very good
A wonderful location whose staff go over and beyond to make you feel welcome. The views are spectacular, the pool and garden inviting, the complementary continental breakfast very good (with excellent coffee). Our room (#4 Eleuthera) was spacious and very comfortable, but we could hear traffic noise until around midnight, so you might ask for a room on the other side of the villa if that would be an issue for you. Very close to the public bus that takes you right downtown for $1.25 and also very close to a really good “New Orléans” coffee shop on the waterfront. If a little faded from its glory days, this traditional villa has loads of charm and the staff offer five star service.

It was very peaceful. Beautiful views. The continental breakfast had very limited options. The information provided in the room about things to do etc was dated.

A small hotel with lots of character. The pool was very private and peaceful. The ocean view from our balcony was excellent.

Everything about this place was perfect! Could not have been happier! Great home base to get away from everything but still be right by the airport and restaurants. Staff was great! Can't wait to come back!

Your receive a complimentary drink upon arrival. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Could have used some help with our bags going up the long stairs.

THE PROPERTY WAS IN POOR CONDITION!!! The toilet didn't flush, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain ( two maintenance calls for this over 3 days), the TV V wouldn't work until the remote was replaced. The original down comforter and the duvet were taken for cleaning and we had to use a polyester quilt for the last half our stay. And, did I mention the stairs? We had to climb 4 flights to reception and two more flights to our room. NO ELEVATOR FOR OLDER FOLKS. This building missed stair rails on both sides of the steps and would not begin to pass current building codes. The personnel was great in some cases. Dining limited to a salad some days during the week, others nothing.
