While the weather didn't completely cooperate, the facility was really quite nice. Employees were friendly, we always got a follow-up call to ensure that any requests were fulfilled (extra towels, replace nonfunctional coffee maker, etc), and the pool area was nicer than I expected.

Girls Weekend Gone Bad
Booked this as a girls trip for my wife. They almost didn't let her check in because her last name on her drivers license wasn't changed to mine yet even though the room was paid for in advance and she was on the phone with me. Staff was rude..check out time is 10am..seriously who does that? My wife asked for a few extra minutes and was told no..a platinum member was checking in. Then they asked if they could store their luggage behind the desk for an hour or two before their ride to the airport came and they were told no. They had to take their luggage to the pool with them! What bull crap! Room was dirty too! So many choices in Palm Springs. Do not choose this one!!

Great location ! we were opposite building to swimming pool, so it was very quiet . We will avoid the junior villa next time though. No access to balcony, the bed lays right in front blocking it, and the opening is so tiny anyway there is no day light in the room. Artificial light mandatory at any hour of the day.

Meh.
Overall, our stay was acceptable. If we were returning we would look for other options first, but would not be terribly disappointed to stay here again. The good: -Spacious rooms -No trouble with the WiFi, it even managed a video conference with only minimal lag -Not a hard sell on the "vacation ownership", just an invitation to a reception which we declined -the pool and hottubs were nice and the water temperatures were comfortable The bad: -We opened the door to our room for the first time to darkness and a strong musty smell. Would be nice if they would air out the rooms and open some blinds before you check in. -We were on the street side in the Sunset building and the traffic noise was very, very loud 24 ours a day -When we were walking around to get acquainted with the resort a very surly maintenance man got upset about us wanting to see the basketball court because he was fixing the doorknob. We felt very unwelcome. -While the rooms are spacious, the décor and furniture is very dated. Circa 1980's. -Conditioner not supplied in the rooms unless you ask for it -No recycling facilities in the room or anywhere else that I could find, and I looked -We did find a water cockroach in our room and asked to switch rooms as it was near my son's bad and he wasn't comfortable sleeping right by where we saw it and we weren't able to catch it -Waterslides were not open even though they appeared functional

a nice hotel
very nice hotel, excellent pool!!!!!!!

The parking inside the parking structure is so tight you can barely squeeze your car in. I started off in a bad mood because of it. But once I got to the room and saw how beautiful the resort was, I enjoyed the rest of the trip. Love the pool area and extra bathroom space.

Nice property, But it’s a timeshare.
The hotel improperly is good very quiet professional staff, the only downside is this a A timeshare property so they will do practically anything to get you into the timeshare meeting which they say will only last an hour and a half but last almost 4 hours. And at the end of this for our presentation they will give you supposedly a one-week stay at any one of the resorts in the United States. But personally I don’t think it’s worth it to go through the headache of the timeshare pressure tactic. We got our certificate but I don’t know if it’s good or not I haven’t used it yet. So my advice to you is don’t go through the timeshare meeting pressure sales event.
