Overall nice place to stay. The service could be variable depending on who is on the desk. I was told that the room was not ready at checkin time at 4 pm, then when we went in the room to drop off our bags we realized the room was in fact ready. Also they offered complimentary news paper when I checked in then they called me on an international number after I checked out for me to pay £3 for the newspaper, which didn’t seem sensible. There is no instructions as of where to leave keys if you check out early before the desk opens. The front desk was unattended and there was no postbox.
