This was our first experience in Cancun and also our first at an all inclusive. We were immediately greeted with helpful staff and champagne and had everything explained to us. All staff were very friendly and courteous and we loved it. My only issue is the pools close early at 1800 but they would usually let people mingle until 1830-1845. Beach access was perfect. Again this was our first time and we loved it but we have nothing to compare too. Would book here again
