Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast could have been better, bagels were far from fresh and pancake machine was malfunctioning. Shower pan had a crack in it and there was mold along the inside of the lip of the shower, the toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle down. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting.
