When I accidentally left my passport and wallet in the room’s safe, the staff acted quickly and expeditiously in getting it to my next destination (even called my next hotel to tell them the post was coming without me having to request so). Friendly, helpful and EXCELLENT staff!! The bar and restaurant are both beautiful and wonderful. All of the amenities are thoughtful, playful and plentiful. The room and area are gorgeous, definitely recommend a stay at The Dominican! Shoe buffer/shine machines on each floor landing are a “hidden” treasure!

We've stayed at The Dominican many times. Brussels is one of my favourite cities and this my favourite hotel. I love the peace of this hotel in the middle of a bustling city. The staff are most welcoming and helpful, the rooms are comfy and quiet and the bathrooms have excellent showers. The bar is my happy place.. especially when I've been served a peartini by the most excellent bartender who has been behind the bar for 15 years.

Great property, staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, it smelled amazing and great water pressure in the bathroom and shower. We will definitely book this hotel again and we found out they have other in Europe so we’ll make sure to visit those too.
