From the welcome at reception, the friendliness of all the staff in the bars and restaurant and also including the people you meet in the hallways through various tasks. Had a lovely stay here at Park Plaza County Hall London. I stayed over to celebrate my graduation. I informed staff I was there for my graduation when asked if there was a special occasion. They complimentary upgraded us to an executive studio room with a city view, put balloons in our room, and gave us complimentary Prosecco and cake. It was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to the staff for being so kind. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
