Bugs.
Well where do I begin. 0/10 Bed Bugs 0/10 dirty sheets and only sheets 1/10 Food 1/10 gigantic resort 0/10 customer service 7/10 View I will never stay at that resort again. After multiple tries to contact the resort through Hotels.com they just continued to deny my request. They had a chance to make things right but in the end the public has a right to know.

We initially booked Rui Santa Fe. Our reservation was canceled due to remodeling. We barely had a choice but to stay at Palace due to having airline tickets purchased and friends and family coming with us to celebrate my wedding. The Palace was nice but not enough entertainment. Although i like Rui i did not quite care for the Palace.

Only issue I had was the first night the ac in the room was not cooling enough. They sent someone 2 times before actually changing our rooms after the third complaint. Couldn’t sleep the first night with the heat. Besides that once we got the other room everything was great. Will want to stay here again
