Exceptional
Small and compact with everything close. Great value for the dollar. We booked the cheapest room rate and got an close ocean view. Not stingy at all with all inclusive food and drinks. Didn't have to wait. Very friendly staff in a community that caters to locals. Would definitely go back!

Overall staff was friendly and room was fairly clean. Room could used some small updates and decor. Room was cleaned but coffee area not cleaned or replenished. Room also smelled of mildew. Ocean view room but was over pool and bar area so was noisy and palm trees right against window so couldn’t see the ocean. It was very affordable and breakfast was included so that was nice.

Sentimientos encontrados. Check in: Raul fue bueno nos dieron un upgrade de habitación, nos entregaron la habitación a la llegada. Botones muy serio, no hablo, momento incómodo en el elevador. Cuarto: al llegar se escuchaba ruido de construcción, nos dijeron 3 cosas diferentes. El baño estaba sucio, la taza y la tina. Las toallas tenían pisadas de zapato marcadas. Las camas bien tienen una base de madera con ruedas, las ruedas no tienen frenos. Tienen puntos buenos como la guía de canales de TV es muy extensa y tiene muchos canales en inglés. Las camas son cómodas para dormír. La vista es frontal al mar aunq estorbaba una palmera. El cuarto tenía un olor a humedad. Caja de seguridad es antigua de chapa con llave, no la usamos por qué no nos facilitaron la chapa. Área de playa: extensa y limpia, fue fácil encontrar camastros. No hay servicio de meseros en playa, pero si un mozo que se lleva los platos sucios. Animación: vimos varias actividades, muy ruidosas y pues bueno para la gran cantidad de niños que había me pareció adecuada. Bares: no los utilizamos mucho, dejamos voucher abierto ya que no compramos el all inclusive. Restaurants: solamente nos acercamos a ver y la verdad no sé antojaba.en el grill tomamos unas papas a la francesa que estaban horribles y unos nachos sin sabor, el personal fue rudo al ver que no teníamos la pulsera de todo incluído, les dije que lo cargarán a la habitación y no sabían muy bien que hacer ni cuánto cobrar.

The beach was great, lots of soft sand can walk and walk. Nice staff. Bed & pillows good. Biggest regret , the nicest pool was drained so out of 9 days used it once, that was a bummer

Loved the hotel! Not a five star but clean, friendly staff and good food. No worries about water, they have bottled water! We vacationed with the locals which was great for our kids, got to practice Spanish. The beach, waves and pool was all fun! I’d come back for sure, can’t beat the price.

Like that it is a Mexican family resort! Friendly and Clean. Right on beach. Employees friendly and helpful. Like the buffet type lunches, breakfast and dinners. Feel safe in the area. Quite places to go in evening, and some entertainment. Easy access to tours or site seeing in the area.
