Ketut the driver is amazing! The breakfast that they serve daily is amazing. They have vegetarian options that rotate daily based on international cuisine. they offer a shuttle that goes into Uber center that is very convenient. There is also security right before you enter the resort so you feel very safe. It is very easy to contact them for any needs or accommodations via WhatsApp.

Staff are super helpful and friendly The only thing we didn’t like was that there are lots of lizards in the hotel ( outside the room ) after sunset but it’s not the hotel issue, it is due to the location on the rice fields which can be seen in any place with these views

Need wall hooks and extra mirror

Adjoining rooms were excellent. Need hooks inside and outside of shower stall to hang clean or dirty clothes when taking shower. If 2 ladies sharing a room, need extra wall mirror, one mirror by the sink is not sufficient and mirror area not well lighted. Also window view shows a unkept patch of grass. Put different kinds of tall vegetation and some flowers will beautify the view. Thank you.
