Nice hotel, Excellent Staff
The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and close to the metro. What really makes this girl the best is the staff. Barbara, Judy and the young man that works the night shift were all outstanding. They were friendly and super helpful when we had issues getting our baggage from Delta that was lost. Arcelon is fortunate to have such great staff that are so caring with the customers.

Nice hotel, decent location and friendly staff!
Liked the hotel, location and loved the shower, bed, room. Didnt have any coffee for 2 days, not lotions or toiletries in room- which is fine. They had had liquid hand soap, shampoo, body wash. Information was a little inconsisent amongst the newer but friendly staff. For example, Free Cava upon arrival however was never offered any- as an example but when we mentioned they were very nice about it and gave us some. Restaurants close early, but not as early as they mentioned. overall, we'd stay here again and now know what to expect.
