It was the worse experience ever. Not knowing I was booking through a 3rd party, you are treated as if you don’t exist. And you are constantly reminded how you are a 3rd party guest. The entire 3 days there I was not allowed to park on the premises parking was for owners only. The room flooded and I couldn’t get extra towels because I was a 3rd party guess. There is so much more.

Horrible customer service! Got treated differently than other guests just because I booked through a third party . All of my requests had to go through the third party, who never answered or returned my phone calls! Room smelled of smoke upon entering, and I had to sleep without a blanket because I gave mine to my daughter. Front desk would not give me extra amenities without going through third party, who again NEVER answers the phone!!

Room fixtures were broken, food was left in the refrigerator from previous guest, guests were throwing beer bottles around in the pool and no staff stepped in to stop them. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

We were very excited to come to our hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. But right when we got into the room we noticed a couple of things. The cabinet was broken and the phones didn’t work. No big deal but trying to get a hold of someone was the worst. I called many times before I was able to get a hold of someone. Then walking into the bathroom one of the light wasn’t working. Again before we actually settled in. Someone finally came to fix the phones. The next day we wanted to use the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was messed up. It wouldn’t turn off. We were so scared that it was going to over flow. We called more than 20 times and no one answered we left messages and no one called us back. We didn’t want to worry about anything while being on our trip but we kept worrying about the jacuzzi while we were trying to have fun.

The hotel was awesome the problem was with the service. We could not get our room cleaned or fresh towels. The hotel told me since I booked the room with Hotels.com I needed to call their service to get maid service, which of course was busy every time I called. 😡
