Nice, affordable little hotel in a great location
Great location between Montmartre and Opera Garnier if you’re willing to walk just a bit. If not, there’s a metro station just a few meters away. Rooms are tiny, and not air-conditioned but this was not a huge issue for us. Small balcony (pictured) was nice to sit out on for some cooler air.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel, and a metro station half block away. The rooms are spacious and the employees are friendly. What I didn’t like is the lack of AC (just a portable fan) and the shower that was impossible to hang.

Definitely good in pictures but the reality is other thing, elevator never work during our stay, staff even wasn’t friendly and they don’t communicate well in English, but at the website they offer Spanish, English that is not true! The only good thing was the location!

Paris experience
The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room is fine, the bathroom could do with a makeover and a nice shower, and the mattress for me, was way too firm. But quiet enough area, very good for theatre, bars and brasserie. And great that they are a dog friendly hotel.
