This lodge exceeded my expectations. Big comfy bed with fluffy pillows, best food in Sri Lanka with local sourced buffet. They called to check on me after settling in, provided umbrellas, and surprised me with an artful safari display. Wish I stayed another few days. Pool and lakeside view lovely. The homemade soursop ice cream was heaven in a cone!

What a place!
Hotel is beautiful and staff is so nice. I have been to this place 25+ years ago and the place is still so beautiful. Reminds me of how Sigiriya was back I the days. Villas and blended into the garden and so peaceful. Staff is so warm and welcoming! Definitely coming back!
