I was spending the night to catch a flight out of Orlando. Fl. I could not sleep because of pain I was feeling, so I chose to go downstairs at 3am to find something to snack, so that I could take some medicine. I was looking for a small healthy snack. They only had junk food in the snack area, and the manager opted to go to the kitchen to get me an apple, and a banana. He was so kind. The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The price was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Exspecialy the fact they offer free shuttle to airport 24/7. And only 2.1 miles from airport. My friends gave me money for this much needed trip, and they were very happy I saved them money at the same time not settling for lousy cheap hotels. Great place.

Had an overnight stay after arriving from a late night flight. Shuttle bus was good with very little waiting time from my call to them until its arrival. Receptionist accommodated a request for a room other than one on first floor. Room was very clean with large comfortable bed. Shower room was also very clean. However the toilet bowl, which originally I thought was dirty, in fact was badly marked with brown marks highly evident at ubend and quite frankly looked disgusting. Due to the late hour, my tiredness and having established the bowl was marked rather than dirty I decided not to request a change of room. In the morning I did report the above to receptionist clearly outlining my disgust and strongly suggested this room should not be allocated to another guest without toilet bowl being replaced. Complimentary breakfast, including hot choices was more than acceptable.

We had two rooms with 2 queen size beds in each. The rooms were clean and big. Lots of room to move around. Nice furniture and desk. USB plugs at desk and nightstand. Plenty of supplies (Keurig coffee maker) and small fridge. Pool and area was clean, neat and tidy. Nice work out room and it was clean. The work out room had mats, weights and exercise balls in addition to regular cardio equipment. The shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient and on time. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, courteous and they follow up. They even went above and beyond making sure our two rooms were together. Coffee/hot water for tea is kept fresh and available 24 hours a day. Newspapers are available in the lobby. The free breakfast area was clean and supplied well, but I didn’t eat there the morning I left. It took about 10 minutes, maybe less, to get me to the airport.

This hotel had everything. It had a well thought out design. The room was large with a separate area for a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The decor was so clean looking, the hotel looked brand new. The only detraction was lack of a business center. They were waiting on new computer equipment. However, the nice lady at the desk printed our boarding passes for us. I'm sure their equipment will be there soon. One important note, their shuttle takes you directly to the airport. It does not appear to be one that services multiple hotels.

Nice new rooms - which is great. Internet was slow and kept requiring a login. Not good when on business travel. I haven't had an Internet problem in a long while, so this was surprising - especially since Holiday Inn is usually pretty predictable across the brand. Also, beware of the cancellation policy at this hotel - 48 hours. I stayed two different segments for my recent trip, and for the first, I missed a connection so didn't make it. They wouldn't let me cancel the night - which is when I realized that they had a 48 hour policy rather than the usual '6pm the day of arrival'.
