I thought the lady at the check in desk was somewhat rude. I told her I had a reservation and she asked for my I’d and credit card, told her bill had already been paid. She finally said that my card was to bill me for incidentals . I asked for further information and she said Incase anything is destroyed in the room other wise you will get the $20 back . Never told me my room number , where my room was or anything about the breakfast plan .

I’ve had better experiences at Holiday Inn Express. This facility is either brand new or undergoing renovations. I’m guessing it’s owned by the same crew that spent 3 years building the new Express in Perrysburg, OH... The lobby is not finished. There is a wing in the other side of the lobby that wasn’t finished (maybe a hall of some sort?) Fire sprinklers are in their temporary positions in public areas. The walls have some bare drywall in public areas. Sloppy paint job throughout. Some furniture and electrical work is incomplete. Albeit, comfy bedding, friendly staff. The room was finished. Lots of pets, you could smell them, even some riding the elevator...so they allow pets on more than one floor? I’ve had better experiences for a 2-night $322 stay.

No toiletries at all in room. Vending machines not working. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. We got a special “deal” on room rate and free parking. Good location, large property. We were there for a quick stopover checking in late and leaving early.

Quick Overnight Stay
Stopped here for a quick overnight stay while on a road trip. I was hesitant due to previous reviews about construction but this didn’t interfere with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable.
