I was disappointed because the hotel was under renovation. When we arrived our TV and phone would not work. They did send the repairman up but we just lucky we caught him because he was just about ready to go home.

The hotels.com credit card was declined and I lost an hour of sleep. This is unacceptable and if I wasn’t so close to a free night I’d never use hotels.com again

Not impressed with how much our room cost vs how the room was. Missing an outlet cover. No close place to plug in any electronics near the bed. No bed skirt. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable.
