Aurait pu être parfait !
Très bel établissement tout neuf (mise en service en Août 2022). Très bien situé dans les vignobles en lisière du parc naturel de la montagne de Reims, proche d’Epernay et de ses grandes maisons de Champagne, mais aussi de plus petits producteurs de qualité. Pas facile a trouver (panneaux de signalisation a installer !) car très isolé au-dessus des vignobles et sous le sentier du vigneron (visite et dégustation à ne pas manquer !). En béton et bois, il est bien intégré à son environnement, il offre de belles vues depuis toutes les chambres, mais au détriment de leur taille ! Les décorations intérieure sont très belles, mais les architectes à l’origine de cet établissement ont du oublier qu’il y aurait des clients dans les chambres (salle de bain peu pratique, pas de fauteuil ni chaise dans la chambre, éclairages indirects jolis mais éclairent peu ! Maîtrise des éclairages difficile, …) ! Un styliste n’est malheureusement pas toujours un bon designer ! Les parties communes sont plus généreuses et plus agréables. Piscine et spa très agréables. Le restaurant est superbe et le diner y est merveilleux, bien entendu accompagné de Champagne. Excellent service avec des Personnels très accueillants et très serviables. Avec des chambres plus grandes et mieux conçues c’aurait été la perfection !
