Pros: Beautiful resort & it was a big place, spa was great, bungalow was spacious, there was 2 pools, a lagoon to snorkel in for those without bungalows, 3 places to eat & 2 open bars (1 was down due to covid). Had a fitness center, jetskis available on site to rent & the tour guide was super nice got us really close to dolphins & sea turtles. Staff was incredibly nice (although it helps A LOT if you know some French). Cons: Motu bungalows were only about 5-6 feet deep with very few fish nearby while snorkeling. The food was cooked right but could use some seasoning. The breakfast place i had no idea that it was a buffet the 1st time i went so im looking at a menu full of drinks & just ordered something simple in hopes they could make it. The buffet took covid precautions so it was lacking in some areas. Id recommended just eating breakfast off resort. The jetskis were $150 for an hour & for tours only (due to amount of nearby coral & sandbars) but they let you gas it & ride how you want when in open water. Definitely worth the price. Taxis are gonna run you about $15 USD one way wherever you go. Might be worth it to rent a car (concierge told me free parking).

This was where it was going with curious. Not very walkable we had to rent a car on the last day or take a taxi if we wanted to go anywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is very expensive but it is almost everywhere in Tahiti.

Beautiful property with great views. Great location, easy to reach the airport and ferry dock. Restaurant on site is pricey for the quality of the food.

What a delightful pit stop on the way to Bora Bora! The Intercontinental Hotel gave us the warmest welcome after a long flight. They provided a transition room, much appreciated, for us to clean up after the flight prior to our room being ready. The breakfast buffet had the most incredibly beautiful fruit with some delicious exotic options, the made-to-order omelette was delicious and of course a wide selection of French pastries and jams. Our room was beautiful and felt fresh and cozy. The only drawback, the bed was quite firm. That said, I noticed this in the other two hotels we stayed at in Tahiti. All in all, very gracious staff, a lovely room and gorgeous location!

The rooms are very clean and updated. The service is great. But many of the public hotel spaces are old and shabby.

There is nothing good to write about this so called 4 star hotel. If I could, I would not even give one star. This hotel is very old and in a very bad shape. Ac in our ocean view room was not working. Despite asking for bottles of water twice, they didn’t provide until we checked out. Food quality and cleanliness at the hotel is below average. People don’t speak/ understand instructions in English well. Felt stuck at this place. Such a waste of money!
