This is a somewhat dated and tired hotel, but the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, it was conveniently located and reasonably priced. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was surprisingly good, although noisy (crowded and live musicl). Overall, a good stay in a suburban location.

Room was relatively clean, but needed renovation, sink and mirror area had stains on the counter and peeling finishes. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were lumpy. Tv did not work properly. My biggest issue is expecting a breakfast bar with toast and cereal at least and getting a breakfast in a brown paper bag.

No hot water to shower. When I said something, the lady said she would let “them” know. Bathroom was not clean. The halls had a musty smell. Not satisfied. The bar and grill next door was great. The staff were not very friendly. I could barely hear the lady who checked us in. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. No one spoke to us when coming in and out. They were more interested in their phones.

Parking, location, & price are the only wins. The property is run down. Room was not the cleanest, everything needs updating & a new paint job, heat took forever to kick in, & the one sheet/light duvet was really not helpful for the current temps & iffy heat. Will not be staying here again, but it was good for the pinch I was in.

We had stayed here about 3 years ago and loved it. When we checked in they asked if they could "Upgrade" us to a king size room which is what I had originally booked months ago. They put us in the room right next to the front desk on the first floor, we heard every bit of morning traffic (and we were up early every morning as it was but got up much earlier than our alarms planned),the room was INCREDIBLY small and it smelled so bad of cheap cologne. Not a clean smell, very perfumey odor that gave us instant headaches. Thankfully, we did not spend much time there due to the tournament but sleeping did not happen. Overall, we were incredibly discouraged by this. Next time we book, if we book there we will strongly request a 2nd floor room like the first time and pray not to have such a strong perfume odor.
