Very Good8.0
Great hotel, lackluster service
The hotel was in a great location and very bohemian. Great rooftop bar, great restaurant with outside cafe too. The biggest issue I had was that my guidebook stated they were arrive oriented--one of the reasons I chose the hotel. And, I was extremely disappointed. The concierge was suppose to be available from 10-5pm--named 'Julie' but never saw her in 4 days. The day staff is more helpful but the staff after 5pm don't know much or care to help much either. They are very young and understaffed.

Given the price category, some stuff was clearly missing. No amenities at all, no wardrobe to hang up some clothes, no glasses for the minibar. Deco and all the rest was great as always in the 25hours

The most terrible experience
The reason of the appaling rating is the level of dirt of this hotel. I arrived with my mother, who is 72 years old very early in the morning. At first, we were glad they kindly gave us a room straightaway for what I was grateful after a long train journey to Vienna. To my surprise, the room had a column in the middle, see attached pictures: there was just one chair to sit, no room for the luggage... Worst of all, the floor was absolutely dirty, also see pictures: As it was early, I asked the cleaning lady on that level to clean the floor, which was full of dirt, as when you drop liquid and do not clean it, awful feet sweat smel on the carpet ( which had not been vacuumed) and mould in the shower room. I called reception, they said they were fully booked so they would not change the room. I went to the the cleaner and asked her to clean the floor, she said they do not clean floors just beds and part of the toilets. I told them I would have to clean it clean it with the shower gel the hotel leave in the room as I cannot leave my mother sleep in a nasty dirty place like that: the cleaner said that was up to me, so I used the shower gel to clean the floor, it was disgusting. When I checked out, on my way to Venice, I received an email woth the shiftleader of the hotel asking me to pay for the shower gel I had use to clean the floor! I paid as did not want to have issues, but this is what you can face stayibg in this place.
