Puding Marina Residence - Special Class

The hotel is in a fab location for everything. Not far from the airport was a bonus. The first room we were given had no a/c ( the weather was incredible at 30 plus) and the room fon did not work. We reported it on pur first night and arrived back to a fan in the room with note to say it would be fixed the next day.The air con unit itself had missing grills etc so i wondered if it would have worked anyway. It wasnt fixed and the next evening we were told we would be moved. So after 2 nights we had a functioning room and it was well received as we hadnt slept the first 2 nights. The pool is lovely , always got a bed and had lunch there daily, very reasonably priced- would recommend. Lots of lovely restaurants around and all within walking distance. We had breakfast included but unfortunately wasnt to our taste - there was a continental plate and a choice of eggs. On our last day our flight was very late and the hotel allowed to spend all day there and helped us with a taxi to the airport. We were charged half of what we paid on our way there so use the yellow taxis if you can. Overall I would still recommend staying there as long as you check your room before you unpack.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Old Town Antalya. Outstanding customer service, clean room, relaxing pool in the center of the property.

Hotel is well sited in a quiet area of the Old Town. The staff were excellent, always going the extra mile to ensure youre happy.

This is a very nice small hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location. Breakfast was very good but don't expect full English. Room has everything you need, including a kettle and coffee etc. Downstairs is a sauna, spa and Turkish bath although we did not get to try it as our stay was cut short because of the virus!

Given what was happening with Corona virus and flights being cancelled the staff behind the counter were very helpful, its a great hotel with excellant facilities, the only suggestion would be to have a heated pool (waters very cold) or a Spa

Amazing hotel to relax after long trip. Staff was very friendly and even let me check in a bit earlier as my room was ready. Bed was very comfy, the shower did not work very well the first night but it was better on the second night. Toiletries are included. Location is very convenient and breakfast could be improved with some more fruits and juices, some more freshness and better coffee. All in all, it is value for money and the common spaces are very nice. They are currently working in some improvements of the facilities too. Would def stay here again!

Perfect situation in the old town above the harbour. Very good breakfast Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms.

I loved the building, location, staff and service. The only thing was they didn’t have much options for breakfast.
