Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch Deutsch und andere Sprachen . Wir waren jetzt zum zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel aber die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche wird nur einmal die Woche gewechselt . Die Zimmer sind sehr warm in der Nacht ohne Klima Dauerlauf 28 Grad . Mal von den Vibrationen des Splitgerätes auf den Balkonen oder Terrassen die man natürlich in der Nacht durch die dünnen Wände wahrnimmt . Es gibt einiges zu verbessern man sollte Mal wieder ein bisschen geld in die hand nehmen und etwas investieren. Parken ist kein Problem.

Very nice staff and great pool area. Breakfast was alright too, but not included in price. The hotel is situated a bit off so you have to walk a bit to the closest restaurants. There is a dinner buffet at the hotel however.

Schönes Arpartment Hotel
- Personal spricht komplett deutsch - Personal ist sehr freundlich - Die Anlage ist sehr gut auf Kinder ausgelegt - Zimmer war sauber - Bei der Buchung war uns nicht klar, dass unser gebuchter Zimmertyp keinen Herd hatte. Hier muss man bei der Buchung aufpassen, da bei einer Junior Suite die ja auch teurer ist, sowas dabei sein sollte wenn die billigeren Zimmer das alle haben. - Man merkte an unserem Zimmer das ein paar Reparatur arbeiten offen sind. Z.B Zimmertüre war von innen nicht mehr abschließbar, Klimaanlage benötigte eine Reinigung. - 30€ Pro Person fürs Abendessen fanden wir zu teuer und haben es nicht genutzt. Die jeweilige Tageskarte hatte uns auch nicht überzeugt. Bei zwei Erwachsenen wären das 60€ und da kann man in Moniga super essen gehen. - Personal im Hotel war sehr hilfsbereit, so konnten wir Sealife Ticket (Gardaland) zum absoluten bestpreis (9€ p. P.) erwerben. - umfangreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Omelt und andere Eierspeisen können auch speziell zubereitet werden.

Schönes Appartmenthotel in ruhiger Lage
Ein sehr schöne Anlage mit schönem Pool und Kinderspielplatz. Wir waren mit Kindern, 2 und 4 Jahre, dort. Der Pool hat auch ein Kinderbecken und ein Bademeister hatte immer ein wachsames Auge. Es gibt auch einen Kiosk, an dem man Kleinigkeiten zu Essen oder Eis bekommt. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und das war sehr lecker. Viel Auswahl und frisches Obst. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und modern, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb oberhalb des Sees gelegen. Eine Pizzeria ist fußläufig zu erreichen, sonst braucht man ein Auto. Hafen und der nächste Supermarkt sind aber nicht weit weg.

ben disposto, arrivati tardi per il check in ma molto disponibili all accoglienza, immerso nel verde, molto curato, pulito ed elegante,forse un po caro per la colazione , la stanza dava qualche problema tecnico ma pulita, direi solo che per il servizio di hotel non in formula residence la pulizia della camera sarebbe necessaria giornalmente, per il resto ottima struttura
