    Room conditions depend on your luck

    I stayed for 3 nights and they are non-consecutive. The first single night was great. I came back after 3 days for the remaining 2 nights and that was when the problems began. I got a room on the 15th floor around 10 pm. The a/c broke down after an hour and heat was coming out. We called the front desk and a repair guy came to drain the water. It broke down again around midnight so we called the front desk for a room change. The front desk never called me back so I called her again at 12:30 am. She just told me "come down now and get your key." So we got another room on the 20th floor. It smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector beeped every 2 minutes. We went back down to the lobby and asked for another room change. The manager came out from the back and asked what happened. The girl was like "I already gave them a new room." and she spoke a foreign language to her manager in front of us which was very disrespectful. The manager personally went up to the new room on the 22nd floor with us to make sure everything was okay. It was okay at first glance and it was almost 2 am already so we thanked him and he left. However, the a/c smelled burnt if I turned it higher than 20 degrees celsius, the toilet and the facet kept running water, the facet sounded like a drill when I showered, the toilet seat wouldn't hold its place so guys you need to hold the seat when you use the toilet, and the coffee machine didn't work. It really depends on your luck to get a good or bad room.

    Not bad

    They provided early check-in up to 1pm so it made my trip easier since I arrived with an early flight. The room is pretty small but it’s New York so I figured it would be small. Some of the towels are not that clean like there are some stains or dirt on it so I asked for new towels. Overall it’s pretty good. Heads up bc of COVID the breakfast is grab-and-go. There are only coffee, bagels, cereal, muffins, apples and oranges.

    I was charged for a room i never used. $203.62 dollars to waste. I don’t blame the hotel i blamed expedia because they wasn’t trying to help. The customer service rep was horrible. She wouldn’t provide her First and Last name along with her ID number so i can report her to a supervisor. She goes by Addy A . Anyways during a pandemic that was extremely unacceptable
