Staying at the Sofitel Heathrow after a period of travel is always a highlight I look forward to when traveling in London. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is always gracious and attentive and the Vivre restaurant for dinner and buffet breakfast in the morning before departure add extra satisfaction to my stay. It’s an execellent hotel for an overnight stay between flights or before flying out of Heathrow. The staff are always attentive and especially Shaniqua (trainee) on reception was excellent! Facilities are good and the bar restaurant area has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are beginning to be a little tired.
