The service was HORRIBLE. This hotel is not what it used to be. There were never available chairs/lounges at the pool unless you wanted to rent a "bed" for $1,000. Insane. The shower in my bathroom was horrible and the door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel rooms are "dated" and not comfortable. I was shocked at what I paid for this short holiday weekend stay.

Coustomer service was great. Room cleanliness was not good. When we arrived there was blonde hair in the drain, toilet paper in the toilet and the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long.

I absolutely love the Mondrian - it is a party hotel but there is a super cool vibe there and some gorgeous people lounging around the pool. The rooms are very large and spacious with a small kitchenette. The service around the pool are was horrendous - taking hours (literally) for drinks to arrive - and when chasing the server, her response was that she only gets the drinks if she chases the bar staff - however one would think that was part of her role?! Clearly not. It just tainted an otherwise great stay!

Lobby is beautiful, check in was nice. The bellman & valets were very nice as was the towel check & the waiters. The pool is beautiful but the chairs & benches had stains on them & seemed old & dingy. The couch in the room had stains, the carpet was old & dirty. Hotel smelled like weed 1/2 the time. Bathroom was small & dingy. The chair in the room was pretty dirty. The $11 “fresh juice” wasn’t fresh juice at all it was a few concentrates from a jug mixed together. Service was good, but overall another “Miami standard” luxury hotel - in any other city wouldn’t be luxury at all.
