We had aman amazing two night stay in the Cass suite. The room was very spacious and clean with a impressive amd comfortable bed (had the best nights sleep). We relaxed in the hot tub every chance we could get. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant on the first night and found the reading area to chill in afterwards. All staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay a fantastic one. The hotel is a very short drive from Hanmer Springs so was ideal for what we needed. We would stay again next time we are in the area and would highly recommend.

The buffet breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful in specially cooked me a gluten and dairy free breakfast. We have been coming there since 2017 but found the property condition deteriorated. The censor lights in the corridor were gone so we had to walk back to our room in the dark. The machines in the gym were not maintained properly. However the condition in the room is still kept to a good standard. You would still enjoy it if it is your first time to the property. We really enjoyed the spacious size of the room and the grandness of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing. The views were fantastic. Everything about the place just shone. Then we were surprised with this amazing breakfast. Totally a 5 Star Place. I would stay there again and again. If I have any criticism at all is the road is gravel to get to the driveway and the driveway signs are not clearly marked. They’re very rustic, considering how the rest of the hotel is it was surprising. However, that should not deter anyone that hotel was fantastic!
