French Riviera - Great Hotel
Great location giving easy access to the French Riviera by train or bus. Very clean hotel with helpful staff and a great breakfast. Loads of restaurants and a beach adjacent to hotel and shopping mall within 10 minutes walk. We will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel seems to be fairly new. Unfortunately, aside from the airport and a large shopping mall, there seems to be little in the immediate vicinity. I stayed there only during my last night, so as to avoid a long trip to the airport. The property itself was very pleasing.

We stayed in the king suite on the 4th floor and it was nice. The sea view was blocked a bit by the tall palm trees. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of fruit, meats, breads, and yogurts. The tall lady with blonde hair doing the breakfast service was exceptional at service. She deserves a raise. There were 2 mini fridges in our suite. There were no outlets by the bed so that was inconvenient for charging phones. We had some loud neighbors in the rooms next to ours so we couldn’t sleep with the balcony doors open which made it terribly hot in the room. It doesn’t seem like you can control the temperature in your room. The hotel’s parking is at the Qpark Atoll Beach. You need to check in first then they’ll give you a badge to use to get into the parking garage level -3. Once you park, take the closest stairway up and you’ll be at a restaurant behind the hotel and it’s an easy walk up to the back of the hotel. Take your bags up to your room before you park. Don’t order food delivery from Deliveroo because it might not be delivered. It’ll say they deliver to the hotel but the driver may not deliver to the hotel and drop off your food someplace random and Deliveroo will not refund you. The public bus is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is also a 10 minute walk away.

False advertising and rude staff
We paid extra to book the premium garden view room with sea view. After a really long day traveling and a half mile walk from the train in the rain, we were thoroughly discouraged to find this so-called premium room to be dark and cavernous, hidden by a big tree and the overhanging balcony from the floor above, and with dozens of balconies from the other 2 sides of the building facing us. There was indeed a very tiny view of the sea, but so small and faraway, not even worth mentioning. It was a total case of false advertising. We asked the older lady at the desk for a more private room - even said we would be glad to take the cheaper mountain view room that was still listed as available on Hotels. But she said No - Since we booked our room on Hotels, we got what we paid for and she wasn't going to change it. And even if she did change it, she said, we would have to pay more (even though we had already paid quite a bit more for the premium room). She was unbelievably rude and lazy. She so ruined our stay, we got up to leave at 5 the next morning without eating the breakfast we had paid for. And of course they said their airport shuttle wasn’t going to be running until 6am - so don’t count on that if you have an early flight.
