No Hot Water at Holiday Inn Express Tampa N I-75
There was no hot water in our two rooms or the entire hotel. We booked these rooms through Hotels.com. The hotel staff said they would arrange a refund for our two rooms through Hotels.com back onto our credit card. We expect Hotels.com to be supportive of this situation.

Great getaway
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It’s located close to interstate but seems secluded and quiet. Because of Covid the breakfast bar wasn’t open but they did supply cereal and muffins if you asked.

Pull out couch SCARY!
The Suite we stayed in was a very good size, and spaced out nicely. Bad part - the Pull-Out couch was TERRIBLE, and had to have been 20+ years old. If not, then it aged terribly. Awful to sit on, and even WORSE to sleep on. Thank goodness it was just my 4 year old on that bed. Had to use the couch cushions OVER the pull out, then covered in 2 sheets and a blanket to make an area for her to sleep

Not that happy.
Staff did not wear masks despite statewide mandate, so guests were not always using masks. I felt at risk because of their poor policy. Palmetto bug in room on third floor. Had to use a third party to connect to the internet and they needed access to my computer. I felt a little exposed on my business tablet. TV was smallish and out of date. Could not go directly to a channel had to slog up and down to get to a channel. Carpets were stained.
