Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.

Lots of qualities, some disappointments
Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

I loved how the apartment had windows everywhere up on the 22nd floor. What a great view we had when we sat out at the deck! It had a kitchen and a washer and dryer also.

Firstly the WOTIF property name is nowhere on the property; this is NOT Brighton on Broadway Shores, the property is named as Shores and that was VERY hard to find. Secondly their is nowhere to park prior to booking in unless you know there are bays available underground for shoppers Thirdly identification of underground parking bays is ATROCIOUS and added another 30 minutes to the check in process Fourth, the lift key fob provided did NOT WORK and I was stranded in the lift (without phone reception) for another 30 minutes until let out by a resident using the car park The unit itself was VERY nice and well worth the price; the location after day one proved excellent and the A/Hours support was very good, thanks
