The view is amazing. The room was spacious. Chilly nights, a comforter would of been nice. The cleaning staff was nice and courteous. The front desk staff upon arrival were okay, not very hospitable or warming. I booked my stay for 4 nights/5 days but none of the staff was aware of how long my stay would be. They asked if I was going to settle the bill with them the next day - as I was getting ready to head out to town. I made they aware I was staying until Sunday morning (hence it was Thursday morning). Four gals in the reception and NOT ONE was aware. I booked this King Bed Suite for my niece (she lacked a CC). I stayed with my fiancee in the Superior Suite. My fiancee has paid for two breakfast for each day we were going to stay there. Some were unused as we would have breakfast in town. It seemed to bother some of the staff in the restaurant - especially one young lady with glasses- that we used one for my niece. We paid for the breakfasts, so its not like they were giving a free breakfast away. Apparently if you want to eat under the canopy, you must reserve (BUT WERE WE EVER TOLD THIS UPON ARRIVAL - NO!) The restaurant staff was not very attentive or cordial. I have stayed in Tepoztlan plenty of times and have paid less for hotel stays in other places who are much more hospitable. I don't think I will be staying here again. The view is great but I can say it was not worth the money we paid.

Excelente escapada de fin de semana en pareja!
Muy buenas instalaciones y servicio del personal. Siempre muy atentos. La alberca estupenda, es climatizada desde las 9am está lista y cierran 8;30pm. Está bien! cuartos y comida muy buena. Salvo un poco de ruido x q el hotel está ubicado cerca del centro. Lo demas excelente. Sería ideal que el check out del Domingo sea a las 3pm por un fee adicional pero no hubo manera, a las 12 hay q salir. Lo demás MB! si regresaría!

Dada la situación actual por la emergencia sanitaria la verdad nos fue muy bien. Sabíamos que no saldríamos del hotel por eso lo escogimos porque es muy cómodo y sus instalaciones accesibles. La comida deliciosa y la atención muy buena.
