Beautiful beach and the third time we have stayed at the property. We love it. Unfortunately, while the resort is great, the excellence collection customer service is not. They have still not responded from an inquiry about two weeks ago (before our trip) as my club member ID was missing our stay at this property from last year that would have given us diamond level status with extra benefits. Oh well, still love the resort.
