Stayed at this place because free parking was included in my Silver status it also had in and out privileges. I have 2 negatives i would like to mention. Firstly i paid for our December trip in October. The first receptionist told me i hadnt paid. I explained paying in October for which she proceeded to tell me the expedia keep the money

Old property and not clean when we checked in
Property is very dated and there is no air-conditioning unit. Asked the reception if there is air conditioning and they seemed surprised at first, then told us yes there is but actually there isn’t. The dining table was dirty with bits of food when we checked into the room… There were spiders on our beds as well..

Great suite for Wellington stay
Loved the free parking that came with my Gold status as I wanted to just park and walk around during my two days. Loved the full kitchen though honestly it was hard to figure out how the appliances worked. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Stolen Items from Room
Jacket was stolen from room, yes left it by mistake but this should have gone to Lost Property, when calling reception was told by “Serip” tough and your loss. They had no intention of following up of doing anything in regard to the missing items. Clearly the Cleaners and service staff used at this location cannot be trusted. Police will be called to do the investigation the in house staff refuse to do. Room was also not serviced through the duration of the stay, which is not surprising considering the caliber of staff the hotel uses. Other than that it a basic 3 star hotel and nothing to write home about as just a basic room and no services but you get a whole two coffee pods.. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
