Three Night stay
Checked in for a Three night stay, had to change Rooms the 1st Night and down Graded to one of a lesser standard due to Building works going on through the night, directly opposite, Noise was unbearable, Reception Staff and Management couldn't do enough, what the Hotel lacks in some departments they certainly make up for with their response to a problem and they seem to solve them to a good standard, tried out the Hotel Spa with my Wife and that was very Good and priced well, we would recommend to any couples to give this a go before taking one of the many street Spa's. Breakfast was OK, all in all, a relatively good stay but beware street facing Rooms.

The property is in right location in old town of Hanoi. The proximity of the property in relation to places to vist is excellent. The hotel need bit more modernisation in relation to furniture in the room as there was not much space for storage.
