Stay here! You will love it!
I want to keep this short because I stumbled upon this place by chance. The staff (Linda & Ignacio, especially) practically broke their backs making me happy. The check in was as smooth as it gets, directions, breakfast is amazing (chef will go custom), the room was top notch. The facility provides free washer & dryers. The upstairs rooftop & pool are amazing!!!! I cannot say enough. I never wanted to leave & will never stay anywhere else in Barcelona. The staff was over accommodating, I enjoyed every microsecond. Stay here you will thank me later ;)

Very new and modern hotel. Have a small pool, table tennis table and pool table too. Everything is good. Staff friendly. The only bad thing is the location. Slightly away from main city area. 6 mins walk to metro.

Overall very poor stay
It was a poor stay overall. The room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. We even got toilet paper with blood stains on it. After reporting this and asking for a new roll, it actually was forgotten so we had to ask again. Also the bathroom drain smelled really bad the entire stay. Brunch was a big disappointment. We had to ask for everything as there was basically no service. The fries were undercooked, the poached egg bowl was full of water. The plates were not cleared, neither were we asked if we liked our meal. We had to get up and pay at the bar. When we had a cocktail on the rooftop bar, the bartender sat with his back towards the guest (literally at the bar), doing his emails. We had to get up and pay at the bar as nobody cleared the table as with brunch. There is a serious issue with cleanliness, guest service and service recovery here. I would not stay again at any of the Social hubs, neither recommended this place.

Young and dynamic Hotel new developed area
The Social Hub ( former Student Hotel ) in the Poblenou area of Barcelona in a development are of the neighbourhood. Is run by a young, friendly and dynamic team.The Hotel has a relaxed modern feel and the rooms are simple but tasteful and spacious ( so was room #917 ) on the 9th floor. Close to public transport, Malls , and plenty of restaurants, and metro line 4. 10 min walk to the beach. I had two times breakfast witch was delicious, the options and choices of foods where limited but the quality of the food really made it up for it . All over a really positive experience and I sure would consider to stay again.
